Important Returns Information
Refunds from returns will be subject to a re-stocking fee of a minimum of 10%. Funds will only be issued after our staff examine the product and find it defect-free.
We will only accept returned items if they are in their original, un-opened packaging, and have not been opened from the postage envelope. Failure to adhere to our returns policy will delay refunds.
It is imperitive that you contact us before returning any item, as any return without our approval will not be accepted.
Returns must be authorised by a Euro-R.com representative, we will email you a "Returns Authorisation" number. (An "RA") to your registered email address.
Returning an order without an arranged RA number cannot be processed and will delay any reimbursement.
All purchases are protected by UK distant selling laws, however, as above, you must contact us first to obtain an RA number.
All returns, must be sent by recorded delivery, as we are unable to take proof of postage as a guarantee that we have received your package. |
